Terms and Conditions;
- Dear Customers, we are dedicated to assisting you and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases. Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions applicable to purchases at Brocante and Bordeaux Emporium.
- As a purveyor of vintage and antique items, please note that our products may exhibit age-related wear or patina. Antique items, being over 100 years old, carry a history and, as such, may possess imperfections including scratches, creases, cracks, chips, or color variations. We strive to describe our items as accurately as possible.
- For additional information or product clarifications, kindly contact us prior to making a purchase. We are eager to discuss the items and provide further details regarding their condition. You may reach out via email or WhatsApp with your inquiries.
- Please ensure the item meets your requirements before purchase. Items are sold in their current state ("as is" or "as found"), and it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the items prior to purchase. We welcome you to visit our store for a personal examination of any item.
- Transaction Details: Upon satisfaction with the item details and proceeding with a purchase from Brocante and Bordeaux, each customer will receive a confirmation email detailing the transaction and payment.
- Shipping: Given the delicate nature of vintage and antique items, we ask that you consider this when opting for delivery or collection.
- Please be aware that shipping large items or significant pieces of furniture is possible only through courier arrangements. Customers can either make collection arrangements or coordinate with a local courier. Please contact before purchase to discuss.
- For postage within Ireland, Brocante and Bordeaux use our national postal service, An Post. Parcels up to 10Kg costs €6. Once item(s) are dispatched, An Post "next day delivery" is not guaranteed.
- Dispatch of items will occur within 3-5 working days, if not sooner. These items will be shipped accordingly.
- Please contact us via email before making a purchase for international shipping. We can provide a shipping quote in advance. Taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer and not of Brocante and Bordeaux.
- Payment for Pickup: Should you wish to reserve an item for in-store pickup, please contact us via email or text beforehand. A transaction for card payment will be facilitated through text or email. Following the completion of the transaction, the item will be reserved in-store until collection, which must occur within 14 days.
- Purchases made in store are "sold as seen" and are non refundable.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Vouchers purchased are redeemable both online and in-store. Vouchers expire after 12months from date of purchase.
